Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  Mother Nature, business meetings/deadlines, traffic and illness are just a couple of reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.  At Nourish, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments scheduled.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you accept the responsibility of full payment for the service that was reserved for you.  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  Future service will be denied until payment for that service is made.Also, appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. 


If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist/practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service.  Regardless of the length of the service actually provided, you will be responsible for the “full” service.


Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  Existing Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early and new clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early.  This allows time for parking, potential restroom stop and intake so that your appointment begins at its scheduled time.
Payment
We accept CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD.
Checks should be made payable to”Nourish LLC”. A $30 NSF fee will be issued for every check that is returned.
Referral Program
It is a great compliment to refer someone.  Because your referrals are greatly appreciated, you will receive $5 off any service of $35 or more or $10 off any service $70 or more for every person you refer that visits.
